Privacy Policy
Last updated: 23 April 2026
dispatchmy.ai is in pre-launch. This policy covers what we do with the information you give us when you join our waitlist. It will be expanded before the product ships.
What we collect
- Email address — when you join the waitlist.
- Basic request metadata — IP address and user agent, logged transiently by our infrastructure providers for abuse prevention.
- Product analytics — aggregated page views, session events, and device/browser properties, via a first-party-style analytics script. Used to understand which parts of the landing are effective; never sold or linked to your name.
We do not collect payment information, names, or any other personal data at the waitlist stage.
Who processes it
- Clerk — handles waitlist submissions. Your email is stored in Clerk's systems under our account.
- PostHog — receives page-view and session analytics. Processed on EU infrastructure (PostHog EU Cloud).
How we use it
We use your email for one purpose: to notify you when dispatchmy.ai is available and to send you an access invite. We will not sell your email, rent it to third parties, or use it for unrelated marketing.
Retention
We keep waitlist entries until you ask us to delete yours, or until the waitlist is retired after launch. Approved entries become user accounts governed by the forthcoming full privacy policy.
Your rights
You can ask us to delete your waitlist entry at any time by emailing [email protected]. If you are in the EU or UK you have the right to access, correct, or port your data under GDPR; the same email address handles those requests.
Changes
When dispatchmy.ai launches, this policy will be replaced with a full product privacy policy covering the local-install agent runtime, telemetry (opt-in), and billing. We'll email everyone on the waitlist before that takes effect.
